Halloran Sage is Hiring a Real Estate Closing Coordinator Near Middletown, CT
We are offering a great opportunity for an experienced Real Estate Closing Coordinator to join a leading law firm in their Middletown, CT office on a direct hire basis. The person in this role will assist attorneys in the closing of residential and commercial real estate financings and transactional matters.
Qualified candidates must possess the following skills/experience:
- Real estate transactional and financing support experience in a law firm setting
- Experience and proficiency with matters pertaining to title insurance, including examination of title and survey, and working with title companies to manage closings and resolve issues
- Experience and proficiency with handling residential and commercial closings and preparing closing documents, including, but not limited to, UCC financing statements, closing instruction letters, and closing binders
- Proficiency in electronic recordings and official records searches
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organization skills and detail-oriented
- Ability to communicate with clients, title officers, and to work independently
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Adobe Acrobat and Outlook
